Through trance he blesses the seeds, which come directly from Nechung Monastery. This seed offers protection against all obstacles, loss and negativities, especially when traveling. The front has a Visva Vajra, to protect from temptation and deception and an inviter of wisdom which cannot be destroyed. The back has the seed syllable of the Kalachakra Heruka, the powerful mantra for peace and reducing suffering by calming negativity and conflict. The Klachakra symbol means 'The one with ten powers'. It is very protective and dispels negativity. It consists of seven individual syllables combined together with three other components to make a total of ten very powerful elements within the image. - The Ten Powers are described as ten existences - body, awareness, space, wind, fire, water, earth, stable, moving, and the gods unseen and uncreated. Each part of the Kalachakra symbol has deep specific meaning, and is a great study unto itself. |

Buddha AmuletI still hang my amulet by a black cord, because unlike chains, cording does not have links that can break. These amulets were made by Buddhist Monks in Thailand, cast in iron, from amulets HUNDREDS of years old. We have both Sitting Buddha and Walking Buddha (walking Bhuddas are quite unusual), and the image is depicted on both sides. The image is surrounded by a band of brass. Each amulet is strung on a black silk cord, and is contained in beautiful little pouch. Item #JW-BA.
